At Beltway Companies, we are thrilled to support and uplift our local community through our involvement with the Fishes and Loaves Food Pantry, Baltimore Animal Rescue & Care Shelter, and the Special Olympics.

Beltway Companies and our employees are proud supporters of their community. Each year we raise money for organizations such as the Fishes and Loaves Food Pantry, the Baltimore Animal Rescue & Care Shelter, and the Special Olympics. We also host an annual golf outing supporting the Beltway Companies Endowed Scholarship Fund for St. Mary's College of Maryland.

The St. Mary's College scholarship fund was established in 2011 by Jack C. and Jeanne Saum, both college graduates, as part of their commitment to corporate social responsibility. The Fund provides a scholarship and paid internship at Beltway Companies to a St. Mary's student who meets the financial and academic criteria. The goal is to help develop individuals who want to build careers in the commercial truck and transportation industries.

HURRICANE Harvey Response

In 2017, Hurricane Harvey devasted the people of Houston, Texas. As a result, St. Mary's College of Maryland students initiated a disaster relief effort called St. Mary's College Cares. The goal was to collect non-perishable items to aid more than 56,000 students and their families affected by the hurricane.

Beltway Companies raised over $1,200 in donations for the Hurricane Relief Fund. They donated a truck and two drivers to personally deliver the 9,816 non-perishable items collected by the students of St. Mary's to the people of Houston.
